Manufacturing
We manufacture various types of single-use products. We emphasize automation technology and the streamlining of manufacturing systems to achieve our goal of a lean-based production system that offers both efficiency and system responsiveness. Our approaches allow us to better manage strategic challenges, core processes, production capabilities, and cross-functional alignment.
Utilizing our manufacturing execution systems, we aligning manufacturing capabilities to best serve the dynamic needs in the industry. We fully optimizing the global production network, improving demand, planning, and resource management. This allows us to reduce cost and maximize the effectiveness of scale and bring these values to our clients.
Our QCC (quality control circle) utilize statistcal process control to monitor the critical parameters through raw materials, in-process, and exit phases of production as part of our committment to quality assurance. Our facilities have numerous accreditations: ISO9001, SGS, FDA, GB/T18006.1-1999, ISO22000, QS, HACCP, GMP, and many more.
